These custom CNC machined POM (Delrin) plastic parts are manufactured from solid POM bar stock using high-precision CNC turning and milling centers. We can machine complex geometries such as multi-hole patterns, recess pockets, inner threads and stepped sleeves.

Black POM (Delrin) is widely selected for mechanical assemblies thanks to its outstanding self-lubricating property, low friction coefficient, high hardness, good wear resistance and stable dimensions. No extra lubrication required for continuous operation.
